Attorney Patrick Regan of Glenshaw, PA; convict

The state of Pennsylvania provided Patrick O’Hare Regan with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Patty found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged in federal court with conspiracy to commit Mail and Wire Fraud
  • Participated in a scheme to corrupt contracting process for awarding City of Allentown’s contract for replacing the city’s street lights
  • Value of Allenton streetlight contract was $3 million
  • Sentenced to six months home confinement with electronic monitoring, a $5,000 fine and restitution of $5,000

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Patty practices at 133 Marian Avenue in Glenshaw, Pennsylvania.
