Attorney Regina Scrivner-Tibbs of San Antonio; serial offender

The state of Texas presented Regina M. Scrivner-Tibbs with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The 352nd Judicial District Court of Tarrant County found Regina guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to hold funds owed to third parties in trust account
  • Failed to promptly notify client’s health provider of receipt of funds
  • Failed to deliver funds owing to client’s car providers to said providers

As one would suspect this wasn’t Regina’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand and a stayed 1-year suspension of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Regina by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Regina.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Jennie practices with The Law Office of Jennifer K. Gjesvold, Esq. at 9284 Huntington Square in North Richland Hills, Texas.
