Attorney Cheryl Denise of McAllen, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Texas School of Law.

The 92^nd District Court of Hidalgo County found Cheryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly practiced under a trade name that was misleading as to the identity of the lawyer or lawyers

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Cheryl by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Cheryl fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.holealvarez.net. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Cheryl practices with Hole & Alvarez LLP at 612 West Nolana Avenue in McAllen, Texas.
