The state of Texas presented Jennifer K. Gjesvold with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The 352nd Judicial District Court of Tarrant County found Jennie guilty of the following misconduct.

In representing a client, used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person, or used methods of obtaining evidence that violated the legal rights of such a person.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jennie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
