Attorney Tyesha Elam of Houston, TX; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Tyesha Yvette Elam with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from North Carolina Central University School of Law.

FYI: North Carolina Central University School of Law is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Tyesha guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to refund advanced payments of unearned fees (thief)
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tyesha by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tyesha.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Tyesha practices with the Elam Law Firm PC at 2511 Oakdale Street in Houston, Texas.
