Attorney Paul Forbes of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Paul J. Forbes with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Victoria School of Law.

The Hearing Committee for the Law Society found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Hearing Committee punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

As one would suspect, Paulie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his firms’ website at www.kmsc.ca. Apparently, Paulie’s firm chose to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting its future victim pool.
