Attorney Dennis Klimek of Detroit; felonious drunk

The state of Michigan presented Dennis Klimek with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #106 found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of operating under the influence causing serious bodily injury, a felony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 179-day suspension of his law license.
