Attorney Jeffrey Fleury of Birmingham, MI; slacker, loser

The state of Michigan presented Jeffrey J. Fleury with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Detroit School of Law. 

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #60 found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly notify a client or third person when funds in which the client or third person had an interest were received
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Violated or attempted to violate the rules of professional conduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.        

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Jeff practices at 550 West Merrill Street in Birmingham, Michigan.
