Judge Gregory Ross of Sandusky, MI; cheerleader for child rapists

The state of Michigan presented Gregory Ross with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.  

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

In one matter, Greg was assigned to preside over a child-custody case involving Christopher Mirasolo who was convicted of raping and sexually assaulting involving a 12-year-old girl.

Since his rape conviction in 2008, Mr. Mirasolo has been convicted of another child sexual assault on a child, which led to him being imprisoned for four years.

In granting custody and parenting rights to the convicted rapist, Greg ordered that Mirasolo be given the victim’s address and also that his name be added to the birth certificate, all without the consent of the victim.

Apparently, Greg has a soft spot in his heart for convicted child rapists. If not, then how does he explain granting Mirasolo joint custody and parenting time?

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Greg continues to sit as Sanilac County Probate Judge in Sandusky, Michigan.
