Attorney Tremain Stanley of Short Hills, NJ; deadbeat loser

The State of New York provided Tremain Lee Stanley with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The Department Disciplinary Board found Tremain guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay mandatory $375 annual registration fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tremain!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Chao by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Tremain practices with Budd Larner PC at 150 John F. Kennedy Parkway in Short Hills, New Jersey.
