Attorney Jeffrey Carney of Hackensack, NJ; deadbeat loser

The State of New York provided Jeffrey Thomas Carney with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

FYI: Widener is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Department Disciplinary Board found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay mandatory $375 annual registration fee
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Davey!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Department Disciplinary Board punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Jeff practices at 4 Banta Place in Hackensack, New Jersey.
