Attorney Holly G. Rogers of Southbury, CT; deadbeat loser

The state of Connecticut provided Holly G. Rogers with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Holl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay the $75.00 Client Security Fund annual fee

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Holly by gifting her with a complimentary 5-year suspension of her law license.

As one would suspect, Holly and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.melicklaw.com. Apparently, Holly and her firm decided to conceal said information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
