Attorney Daniel Cornelious Jr. of Santa Ana, CA; moronic thief

The state of California presented Daniel Lee Cornelious Jr. with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Western State University School of Law.  

FYI: Western State is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar Court found Danny guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to refund unearned fees (thief)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective February 7, 2020.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Danny will resume his practice of law at 707 Birch Street in Santa Ana,California in January 2021.
