Attorney Thomas Russell of Northfield, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas Carmen Russell with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in quasi criminal conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Tommy practices at 1225 West Mill Road in Northfield, New Jersey.
