Attorney Alexandra Mora of New Orleans, LA; check bouncing loser

The state of Louisiana presented Alexandra E. Mora with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Alexandra guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Mishandled her trust account
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Failed to perform required regular reconciliations of her trust account

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Alexandra by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Alexandra.

As one would suspect, Alexandra fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.alexmora.com. Apparently, Alexandra chose to conceal this information from prospective clients to assure she would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Alexandra practices with The Law Office of Alexandra Mora, APLC at 322 Lafayette Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
