Judge Paul Kelley of Kent, OH; moronic slacker

The state of Ohio presented Paul Michael Kelley with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Dayton Bar Association found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to repeated client messages
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • During the one year he represented the client in a probate matter, Paulie did nothing on the client’s behalf
  • Failed to advise client he law license had been suspended
  • Failed to appear at court-scheduled hearing on tenant/landlord dispute on client’s behalf
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Paulie!)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Paulie practices at 4618 State Route 43 in Kent, Ohio.
