The state of Maryland presented Warren Anthony Brown with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide a written retainer agreement when collecting a contingency fee
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to safekeep funds in an attorney trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
