Attorney Adam Tracy of Chicago; lying loser 

The state of Illinois presented Adam Samuel Tracy with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Adam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved representation in five separate client matters
• Neglected client bankruptcy matters
• Failed to keep clients informed about their cases
• Made misrepresentations [lied] to client about status of their cases
• Pursued frivolous [BS] pleadings
• Failed to withdraw representation after being terminated by his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Adam by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Adam practices with The Tracy Firm Ltd. at 141 West Jackson Blvd in Chicago, Illinois.
