Attorney David Templeton of Menasha, WI; convicted felon

The state of Wisconsin presented David P.F. Templeton with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to one felony count of manufacturing or delivery of heroin
• Pled guilty to one felony count of bail jumping

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2020) Davey practices in Menasha, Wisconsin.
