Attorney Carol Trombley of Minneapolis, MN; cheating loser

 

The state of Minnesota presented Carol Trombley with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Jacob guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Dishonestly converted her stepfather’s money (cheater)
  • During the week leading up to her mother’s death, Carol transferred a total of $95,000 from the joint bank accounts of her mother and stepfather into her personal bank account
  • After Carol’s mother died, the funds that she had transferred into her personal bank accounts lawfully belonged to her stepfather
  • Carol retained the $95,000 knowing that they belonged to her stepfather
  • Carol spent more than $58,000 of her stepfather’s funds on herself
  • Carol acted in an intentionally dishonest manner by keeping her stepfather’s funds

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

 

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Carol practices her brand of law at 10 South Fifth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
