Attorney Denise Hemmann of Jackson, GA; ethical goblin, serial offender

The state of Georgia presented Denise F. Hemmann with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from the Atlanta School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Denise guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willfully abandoned client matter entrusted to her
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to properly withdraw from representation
• Failed to take any action to advance client’s personal injury case or workers’ compensation case
• Failed to provide information regarding matter from client
• Failed to advise client of status of his legal matters
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon termination

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Denise’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received two (2) complimentary reprimands and two (2) complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Denise by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Denise practices with Denise F. Hemmann PC at 372 East Third Street in Jackson, Georgia.
