Attorney Christopher Pooley of Glenwood Springs, CO; moronic loser

The state of Colorado presented Evan Buck Broderick with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Engaged in pursuing frivolous matters
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Repeatedly advanced arguments previously adjudicated in court proceedings
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Chris fails to mention the misconduct above on his self-serving website at www.pooleylaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
