Today’s “Law Enforcement Crook” Award Winner is Bell, CA police chief Randy Adams

Congratulations to….

Former Bell, CA Police Chief Randy Adams
Today’s “Law Enforcement Crook” Award Winner

The WatchDawg is proud to announce that former Bell, California Police Chief Randy Adams is the hands-down winner of this esteemed award, despite keen competition among like-minded colleagues.

Dandy Randy gives crooked cops a bad name if ya know what I mean. In the recent past, Randy was forced to resign from his $400,000 a year do-nothing job as police chief in Bell. Previously, Randy spent 20 or more years as police chief in Glendale.

Recently, the LA Times reported on various email communications from Dandy Randy and his sidekick (aka, fellow thief), former Bell City Administrator Angela Spaccia, some of which are as follows:

Randy: “I am looking forward to seeing you and taking all of Bell’s money”
Spaccia: “LOL, well you can take your share of the pie, just like us. As long as we’re not hogs, all is well.”

In the recent past, Dandy Randy was indicted for defrauding the taxpayers of Bell. I’m hopeful that he receives a lengthy sentence from the Judge. In fact, the Judge should order that he be assigned to Cell No. 1411 at Folsom so he’ll be bunked up with Clarice (Clarice’s real name is Clarence).

Congrats Randy; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your dishonesty and insatiable appetite for public pork; you are far too modest.
