Attorney Ike Spears of New Orleans; ethical gnome

The state of Louisiana presented Ike Spears with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Ike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Conduct causes a delay in Judge Pittman’s docket
• Misconduct took place in an open hearing, with the public present

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Ike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Ike fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website atwww.spearslaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.  

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Ike practices with Spears & Spears at 909 Poydras Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
