Attorney Fred LeBleu III of Lake Charles, LA; convicted druggie

The state of Louisiana presented Fred Cleveland LeBleu III with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated duties owed to the public in failing to avoid criminal conduct
  • Conduct adversely reflects on ability to practice law
  • Arrested for possession of marijuana and cocaine
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Freddy.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Freddy practices with Fred C. LeBleu III Attorney at Law at 316 Iris Street in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
