Attorney Kevin Schoenberger of New Orleans; rubber check aficionado

The state of Louisiana presented Kevin C. Schoenberger with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Audit revealed shortage of funds held in trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Paulie.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Paulie practices at 5453 Highway 56 in Chauvin, Louisiana.
