Attorney David Seeberger of Dallas, TX; ethical ogre

The state of Texas presented David M. Seeberger with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

FYI: The University of Toledo Law School is ranked as the 145^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to keep his clients reasonably informed about the status of their case
• Failed to promptly comply with reasonable requests for information from the clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Davey.
