Attorney Jacques De La Mota of Del Rio, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Jacques Lawrence De La Mota with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law.

The 83rd Judicial District Court of Val Verde County found Jacques guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to refund any advance payments of fees that had not been earned (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Jacques by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
