Attorney Ronald Greening of Austin, TX; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented Ronald G. Greening with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

The District 9 Grievance Committee found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide client with accounting of $76,827.50 fee paid to represent her in her capacity as trustee for her husband’s trust
• Ronnie only provide client with an accounting of $76,827.50 in fees after she filed an ethics complaint

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Ronnie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.greeninglawfirm.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Ronnie practices with The Greening Law Firm PC at 506 West 15^th Street in Austin, Texas.
