Attorney Carlos Ryerson of Houston; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Carlos A. Ryerson with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The 11th Judicial District Court, Harris County found Carlos guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misused his IOLTA account for non-client purposes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Carlos by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Carlos fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.ryerson-associates.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
