Attorney Aaron Seymour of New Braunfels, TX; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented Aaron Christian Seymour with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Regent University School of Law.

FYI: Regent is ranked as the 169th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 8 Grievance Committee found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to discovery requests
  • Failed to respond to a summary judgment motion filed by opposing counsel
  • Failed to keep his client informed about the case
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Aaron!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Aaron by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Aaron.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Aaron practices with The Seymour Law Office PLLC at 1109 Stone Bluff in New Braunfels, Texas.
