Attorney Anthony Hernandez of Houston; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Anthony W. Hernandez with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

FYI: Texas Southern is ranked as the 168th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to promptly notify third persons that had an interest in the matter
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Tony!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tony.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Tony practices at 15200 Middlebrook Drive in Houston, Texas.
