The state of Texas presented Esteban Gonzalez with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

FYI: Texas Southern is ranked as the 168^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 12 Grievance Committee found Esteban guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to provide full accounting of funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Esteban by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 4-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Esteban.
