Attorney Michael Wallace of Atlanta, GA; serial offender

The state of Georgia provided Michael Bernard Wallace with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Atlanta School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligence led to failure to appear for scheduled hearing on client’s behalf
• Misrepresented [lied] to client’s new counsel the cause of missing court hearing
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

It should be noted that his wasn’t Mikey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfits Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition and a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Mikey practices at the Michael Wallace Law Firm at 5445 Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Atlanta, Georgia.
