Judge Dianne Hensley of Waco, TX; homophobic loser

The Texas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Hensley guilty of the following misconduct.

• Performed opposite-sex weddings for couples, but refused to perform same-sex weddings
• Failed to conduct her extra-judicial activities so they did not cast reasonable doubt on her capacity to act impartially
• Provided document to same-sex couples stating, stated "I'm sorry, but Judge Hensley has a sincerely held religious belief as a Christian, and will not be able to perform any same sex weddings."
• Told the Waco-Tribune, the public and the Judicial Commission that her conscience and religion prohibited her from officiating same-sex weddings

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Judge Hensley the Homophobe by gifting her with a complimentary public warning.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Diane continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, Place 1 in Waco, McLennan County, Texas.
