Attorney Bradley Cook of Boston, MA; greedy lying loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Bradley R. Cook with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sought the appointment of himself and a relative of the client’s as special co-personal representatives in probating a will
• Filed a will with a false notarization
• Misrepresented [lied] to probate judge that the notary had witnessed the signatures on the will when she had not done so
• Engaged in any other conduct that adversely reflects on his or her fitness to practice law
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made a false statement of material fact or law to a tribunal
• Failed to take steps to assure office staff complied with attorney ethical rules

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his website at www.taylorganson.com.  Apparently, Brad and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that he and the firm would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Brad practices with Taylor Ganson & Perrin at 160 Federal Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
