Attorney Edward Kershaw of Greeneville, TN; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee provided presented Edward Lee Kershaw with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Eddie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Asked witness question for sole purpose of embarrassing her
• Attempted to disrupt judicial proceedings while question witness
• Published reports in local newspaper about trial judge he absolutely knew were false

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020) Eddie practices at 131 South Main Street in Greeneville, Tennessee.
