Attorney Donald Whalen of Sutton, MA; convicted batterer

The state of Massachusetts presented Donald P. Whalen with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Northeastern University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Found guilty of assault and battery for hitting an employee at a bar in the face with a plastic gun
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Donnie practices with the Ives Group Inc. at 9 Main Street in Sutton, Massachusetts.
