Attorney Aaron Nesbitt of Denver; thieving loser

The state of Colorado provided Aaron Burt Nesbitt with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Aaron guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Charged or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Billed time for reviewing deposition transcripts and medical records that his firm did not receive until after Nesbitt began working elsewhere (crook)
  • On several occasions, Arron billed clients for attending depositions, though the deposition transcripts do not reflect his presence at the depositions, nor do call logs show that he monitored the depositions by telephone
  • Recklessly overbilled for tasks he did not complete or perform

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Arron by gifting him, with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Arron practices at 1331 17th Street in Denver, Colorado.
