Attorney Kevin Tanribilir of Berwick, PA; moronic liar

The state of Pennsylvania provided Kevin Tanribilir with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to correct errors in bankruptcy petitions after being given notice of the errors by bankruptcy trustee
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him a complimentary reprimand. 

As one would suspect, Kevin fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.tanribilirlaw.com. Apparently, Kevin chose to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients in order to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. November 2019) Kevin practices with the Law Offices of Kevin Tanribilir PC at 701 East Front Street in Berwick, Pennsylvania.
