Attorney Steven Kohl of Sioux City, IA; slacker, loser

The state of Iowa presented Steven Clark Kohl with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Iowa School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence in probate matter (slacker)
• Failed to close estate matter in timely manner
• Neglected client matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Stevie practices with Nymann & Kohl at 520 Pierce Street in Sioux City, Iowa.
