Attorney Brian Smith of Huntingdon Valley, PA; scamming loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided Brian Joseph Smith with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed a frivolous [sham] pleading
• Held in contempt for violating court order
• Failed to maintain proper financial records
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brian!)
  

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license effective June 2019.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Brain will resume his practice with Brian J. Smith & Associates PC at 1458 County Line Road in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania in June 2020.
