Attorney Christopher Reyes of Fredericksburg, VA; ethical troll

The state of Virginia presented Christopher Matthew Reyes with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Chris!)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Failed to consult with client as to a plea to be entered and whether to waive jury trial and whether the client would testify

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Chris practices with Spencer, Meyer, & Koch, PLC at 660 Cambridge Street, in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
