The state of Virginia presented Rebecca Winslow Thacher with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Becky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respect the rights of third persons

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Becky by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
