Attorney Thompson Kirkpatrick of Manchester, TN; wife beating convict

 

The state of Tennessee provided Thompson G. Kirkpatrick with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

 

FYI: The University of Memphis Law School is ranked as the 155th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Abandoned his law practice as a result of alcohol and drug abuse
  • Convicted of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance
  • Violated terms of probation
  • Convicted of domestic assault

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 5 -year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. October 2019) Tommy practices at 106 East Main Street in Manchester, Tennessee.
