The state of Iowa presented Matthew L. Noel with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.

FYI: Illinois Institute of Technology is ranked as the 149th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Paid fees from estate matter without prior Probate Court approval
• Violated Iowa law on payment of fees in a probate matter
• Received unauthorized fees of $35,376.38 due to failure to obtain prior court approval

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Danny and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.elderkinpirnie.com. Apparently, he and his firm felt it necessary to conceal said relevant information from prospective clients in order to not limit his and his firm’s future victim pool.
