Attorney Myron Ostebee of Ames, IA; tax cheat, repeater

The state of Iowa presented Myron Alan Ostebee with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Myron guilty of the following misconduct.

Myron’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to pay and/or file Iowa state taxes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the 

Iowa Supreme Court punished Myron by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Myron’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court 

punished Myron by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Myron practices with the Ostebee Law Office at 5441 Skycrest Drive in Ames, Iowa.
