Attorney Harvey Bazile of Somerville, MA; ethical goblin

The state of Massachusetts presented Harvey J. Bazile with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Harvey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly deposited personal funds into office trust account
• Improperly paid personal expenses from office trust account
• Used a misleading firm name
• Shared legal fee with a nonlawyer
• Falsely implied in ad that in a partnership with other lawyers

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Harvey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As one would suspect, Shawn fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.allynandball.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure that he would not limit her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Harvey practices with the Law Office of Harvey J. Bazile at 741 Broadway in Somerville, Massachusetts.
