Attorney Christina Gupana of Las Vegas; slacker, scofflaw

The state of Nevada presented Christina Joy R. Gupana with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).  

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
• Failed to submit immigration petition in a timely manner
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license was inactive
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to properly supervise office staff.
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Christy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Christy practices with the Gupana Law Firm LLC at 3430 East Flamingo Road in Las Vegas, Nevada.
