Attorney Kelby Scott of Cody, WY; deadbeat loser

The state of Wyoming provided Kelby Quinn Scott with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming School of Law. Kelby also received a law license from Colorado and Montana in 2014.

In one matter, the Wyoming State Bar found Kelby guilty of failing to comply with Article I, Sec. 5(b) of the Bylaws of the Wyoming State Bar by not paying his annual license fee of $350.00.

It’s hard to imagine that any lawyer couldn’t come up with a measly $350.00 in order to keep his license active.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Kelby by gifting him with a short-term suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Kelby practices with Edward Jones at 2007 Newton Avenue in Cody, Wyoming.
